Tigray Resources Inc.

Tigray Resources is a Canadian mineral exploration company dedicated to discovery through advancing early stage mineral projects in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia. With a large ground holding in the highly prospective and underexplored Ethiopian Arabian Nubian Shield, an aggressive and dynamic team of professional geoscientists on the ground, an experienced management team and a strong discovery focus, Tigray is well positioned to make significant discoveries of high value copper-gold-silver-zinc volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposits in the district.

Recent ground acquisitions through joint venture agreements have increased the Company's ability to make a world-class discovery and exploration is rapidly progressing on grass roots to advanced projects alike. Tigray's land package now totals nearly 900 square kilometres. A strong commitment to discovery through exploration is the foundation of the Company's strategy for building shareholder wealth.

The Company's Board, management and technical teams have a strong record of success in mineral exploration and development of mineral properties in Africa. Tigray was incorporated in 2011 and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TIG.

The Harvest Project

Tigray's Harvest project is located 600 kilometres north of Ethiopia's capital city of Addis Ababa. The Harvest project contains multiple trends of copper-gold-silver-zinc rich volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) systems on its six exploration licences, roughly 120 kilometres southwest of the Emba Derho and Debarwa VMS discoveries in Eritrea. Exploration work, including 16,000 metres of diamond drilling, has to date defined two VMS trends capable of delivering significant VMS resources, known as Terakimti and Mayshehagne.
